This is an exciting biographical journey of discovery by someone brought up in the conventional white suburban world of sixties America.
He first rejects his Christian roots and embraces radical activism. He then begins to combine his activism with evangelical Christianity at Bible College. He challenges the authorities by launching a magazine then experiments with community in a poor area of Washington DC.
