In her youth, in a moment of weakness and impulse, she had a passionate but short-lived relationship with a man who was not her husband. From that affair, tragedy was born: a child she could neither keep nor acknowledge. Tormented by guilt, the decisions she made, and the consequences that followed, the woman conducts an internal dialogue with herself, but also with the society that judges her — without knowing the whole truth.
