U nekom dalekom gradu, onog dana kada je vrijeme stalo, mala kazaljka s goleme ure gradske vijećnice strmoglavila se s visine na pločnik, nezadovoljna neprekidnim ponavljanjem vlastite vrtnje. Ali nije ni slutila kakvu će pomutnju i kaos izazvati. Nasreću jedan je urar spasio sve.
