Mihajlo Aćimović
Mihajlo Aćimović was a prominent lawyer and expert in the field of legal and judicial psychology, active during the second half of the 20th century. His scientific work covers the topics of criminal law, criminology and psychology of criminal procedure.
Among his most significant works are:
- Basics of forensic psychology (1972),
- Introduction to the psychology of criminal procedure (1979),
- Directions of criminal psychology (1976),
- Defense counsel's contribution to the truth in criminal proceedings (1966),
- The subjective element of the criminal act in American law (1966).
Aćimović has also published scholarly works, including the review article Forms of Protectionism in the International Trade (1995). He was a mentor and a member of committees for the defense of doctoral dissertations, which significantly contributed to the development of legal science.
