Pinokio

Pinokio

Carlo Collodi

"Pinocchio" by Carlo Collodi (the 1983 edition is just one of many) is a classic story about a wooden puppet who comes to life and goes through a series of adventures in his desire to become a real boy.

Through Pinocchio's mistakes, gullibility and mischief, the book speaks about the importance of honesty, responsibility and growing up. Characters such as Geppetto, Griljac and the Blue Fairy accompany him on his journey, while the story combines humor, tension and a moral lesson, making it one of the most famous children's fairy tales.
