Božji špijun
Rome, April 2, 2005. Pope John Paul II dies, and a large number of believers gather in St. Peter's Square to bid him a final farewell. At the same time, preparations begin for the conclave that will name the new pope.
A serial killer walks freely through the streets of Rome, and Inspector Paola Dikanti, a psychiatrist and criminologist, will be in charge of his pursuit. During the investigation, the young detective will learn about the darkest secrets of the Vatican: conspiracies and the existence of a center where Catholic priests with a history of sexual abuse are rehabilitated. The cruel cunning of the psychopath is joined by the obstacles set up by the Vatican's secret services to the investigation: it is not officially known that the cardinals were killed, and the conclave must pass without any interruptions. The appearance of Father Fowler, a former American soldier, will be a new challenge for Dicantieva, who has difficulty gaining trust in the mysterious priest. But Fowler knows who the killer is, and keeps an even darker secret: his own past. A terrifying thriller filled with action, violence and mystery, in which reality and fiction mix to disturb us with something that is not true, but could be.
