The collection of papers Building a Mature Personality for Fruitful Interpersonal Relations (KBF in Đakovo, 2014), edited by Dr. sc. Josip Bošnjaković, emerged from the international scientific symposium of the same name held in Đakovo. This edition brings together experts from the fields of psychology, psychotherapy, theology, pedagogy and sociology with the aim of providing a comprehensive view of the human personality and its relational possibilities. The thematic units of the collection explore what constitutes a mature personality and how individual emotional and spiritual maturity affects the quality of family, church and wider social relationships.
