The book Religion, politics, secularism by dr. sc. Rusmira Šadić, published in 2021, presents a thorough philosophical-sociological and political study that deals with one of the most challenging issues of the modern age — the removal of religious narratives, political structures and the concept of secularity. In this work, the author subjects the traditional and modern theories of secularization to a critical analysis, investigating how the role of religion is redefined in the public space. In the book, Šadić focuses on the dynamic relations between religious identity and political activity, analyzing how the idea of ​​a secular state deals with the challenges of pluralism, human rights and religious freedom.
