Komandant Mark LU #13: Veliki Walkirus / Krišnina osveta / Legenda o Kožnom Nosu
Lambert’s treasure attracts dangerous rivals as Mark confronts false allies and buried secrets. Three episodes combine gold, revenge and resistance to the Redcoats.
Veliki Walkirus collects adventures in which Mark must distinguish genuine allies from people driven by greed and concealed intentions. Lambert’s treasure draws several rivals, including Walkirus and the swordsman Trevor. The search becomes a contest of cunning, since the coveted prize may not be where anyone expects it.
Other strands involve revenge, secrets and betrayal. Threats and apparent loyalty require careful judgement: patriotic declarations do not prove honesty, and a character’s past can alter the meaning of present actions.
La leggenda di Naso di Cuoio brings a stronger military-adventure emphasis. Mark’s resistance to the Redcoats intersects with the reputation of a legendary companion, while the enemy relies on deception. Courage must therefore be matched by the ability to recognise a trap.
EsseGesse combines clear action, intrigue and the familiar momentum of classic adventure comics. The American War of Independence provides a setting in which public allegiance and private ambition frequently diverge. This volume suits readers drawn to hidden treasure, uncertain loyalties and battles of wits, alongside the frontier action associated with Commander Mark.
