Riznica znanja za mlade: praistorijski život

"Treasury of knowledge for young people - Prehistoric life" (1981) is a popular science book intended for younger readers that explains the development of life on Earth before the appearance of written records.

The book describes how life began in the seas billions of years ago, from simple organisms to more complex forms. It traces evolution through geological periods: fish appear, then amphibians, reptiles and finally the first mammals. Special emphasis is placed on dinosaurs – their emergence, diversity and extinction. The book also shows how the climate and continents changed, and how these changes influenced the development of living beings. It also explains the first steps of human ancestors, their adaptation to the environment and the development of basic skills. The text is enriched with illustrations and simplified explanations in order to introduce complex scientific concepts to young readers in an understandable way.
