Četiri poruke sv. Leopolda Bogdana Mandića
The book The Writings of Saint Leopold Bogdan Mandić was prepared based on the writings that were used in the process of his beatification. The manuscripts are in the archives of the vice-postulate in Padua.
What is particularly striking about the life of Saint Leopold is its simplicity. Saint John Paul II spoke of the ordinariness of Saint Leopold's life in his homily at the time of his canonization: His life was without great events: a transfer from one monastery to another, as is customary among the Capuchins, but nothing more than that... Saint Leopold left no theological or literary works... he did not found social institutions. To all who knew him, he was just a poor monk: small and sickly. Saint Leopold's ministry was completely "hidden" in the confessional. He was considered a holy confessor and spiritual advisor.
