Her path to holiness began early, and she was only 19 years old when she completed her earthly pilgrimage. One hundred and ten years after her death, the Church beatifies this young woman, a contemporary of Teresa of Lysias: she died in the same year and from the same illness, and she too walked the same “little way” of love and self-giving, prepared for the poor in the kingdom of heaven.
