For the first time on the Croatian market, in accordance with world trends, this book dedicated to business ethics and social-corporate business responsibility was published.

The book is a collection of works and includes the works of about 20 experts in the field of ethics, social-political ethics, business ethics and business. Among the more famous authors are P. Singer, R. Plant, R. E. Freeman, N. Bowie and M. Velasquez. was edited by Ph.D. Kristijan Krkač, distinguished professor of business ethics at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. For this reason, the book is intended for students of business schools and economics, but also for all those interested in the fundamental ideas of business ethics.

Introduction to business ethics (general ethics, utilitarianism, social principles, private property, theories of distributive justice, economic ethics in the time of globalization, fundamental issues of business ethics, fundamental issues of corporate social responsibility, model for making moral decisions, business cases). Selected topics from corporate social responsibility (the problem of the nature and responsibility of the company, the theory of the interest share of the modern corporation, moral business, social responsibility of the company, ethics in marketing, relations with investors, spirituality and management, the influence of European cultures on business ethics and corporate social responsibility, code ethics in business).
