Komandant Bugulme
"Commander Bugulma" is a humorous short story by Czech writer Jaroslav Hašek, known for his satire and mockery of the army, bureaucracy, and wartime conditions.
The work is based on the author's experiences during the Russian Civil War after World War I. The main character arrives in the city of Bugulma, where he unexpectedly becomes a military commander, although he has no special abilities or experience for such an important position.
