The period when Mursa became the scene of significant battles, such as the one between Emperor Constantius II, is particularly noteworthy. and the usurper Magnentius in 351. The author also analyzes the daily life of the inhabitants, from the urban structure of the city and public buildings to religious customs and artistic achievements.
