Akademik Ivan Aralica u najnovijoj knjizi progovara najotvorenije dosad o komunističkom mentalitetu u Hrvatskoj, a glavni lik knjige jest bivši predsjednik Stjepan Mesić. Aralica je proteklih godina objavio nekoliko romana s ključem (Ambra, Fukara, Svetinka, Puž) u kojima je pisao o komunističkom mentalitetu, ali pravi identiteti osoba koji su protagonisti tih knjiga bili su zamijenjeni pseudonimima.
