Roman o haotičnoj hrvatskoj posleratnoj stvarnosti 90-ih, kroz koju paradiraju ratni heroji, profiteri, okretni mafijaši i nesrećne žrtve rata.

Glavni lik je advokat Tomo, suprug nestale ratne heroine, koji započinje ljubavnu vezu sa novinarkom Anitom. Tu su i njegova osmogodišnja ćerka i roditelji nestale supruge Ivane. Neizvesna Ivanina sudbina stalna je senka koja visi nad intimnim odnosom Tome i Anite. Kombinacija ljubavnog romana i trilera i socijalnog romana, a autor se fokusirao na govorni jezik, tako da svi govore slengom.
