Bosanske bajke

Bosanske bajke

The collection contains five of the most beautiful Bosnian fairy tales: – Baš Čelik, – Zla zlaćeha, – Usud, – Titiz i Džomet, – Kabadaluk.

Some are more, some less well-known, and they are accompanied by interpretations of foreign words – Turkisms. In them we recognize elements of European, but also Eastern fairy tales. They contain the spirit of the people who, through fairy tales, expressed their pain and suffering, their rapture and delight, their fears and despair, …, incorporating their experiences, knowledge and their philosophy of life into them.
