Tajanstveni gospodin Quin

Agatha Christie

The Mysterious Mr. Quin is a collection of 12 short stories by Agatha Christie. Each story describes a different case that was solved by the interaction between Mr. Satterthwaite and the eponymous Mr. Quina, who magically appears at the most tense moment,

It is a collection of short stories by Agatha Christie, first published in 1930. This is one of her lesser known but very unique works, in which the central figure is the mysterious and almost supernatural character Harley Quin.

Unlike classic detective stories, this collection has a mystical and philosophical note. Harley Quin appears at key moments and helps Mr. Satterthwaite, an elderly gentleman and observer of human nature, to solve puzzles and unravel mysteries involving love, death and destiny. Quin's appearance is often associated with dramatic and almost symbolic scenes, which contributes to the impression that he is not an ordinary man, but some kind of guide or messenger of fate.

This collection is special because of the atmosphere imbued with the supernatural, but also because it relies on introspective analysis of the characters. Many consider her a real gem for those who want to see a different side of Agatha Christie.
