After the death of her sister, Eva Ward leaves Hollywood and returns to the only place where she feels she belongs, to an old house on the coast of Cornwall, England. Eva soon discovers that the man she meets, Daniel Butler, is very real and that he has found himself in a world of intrigue, betrayal and love for which time is no obstacle.
