Zemlja duhova

Zemlja duhova

Patrick Lee

Ghost Country is the second part of the Travis Chase trilogy, a suspenseful sci-fi thriller that combines action, technology and mystery. The plot continues after the events of the previous book, The Rift.

Travis Chase, a former police officer and prisoner, left the secret organization Tangent and his partner Paige Campbell after learning of a terrifying personal fate on the other side of the Rift – an anomaly that allows access to technology from the future. However, when Paige and her Tangent colleagues discover a horrifying vision of the future – a world filled with the bones of billions of dead people – and try to warn the president, they are attacked, and only Paige survives.

Travis returns to rescue Paige, and together they set out to search for answers buried in the ruins of the future. They face the threat of a global apocalypse that will occur in just four months if they fail to prevent the catastrophe.

The novel explores themes of destiny, sacrifice, and the fight against overwhelming forces, combining fast-paced, suspenseful action and emotional depth. Patrick Lee skillfully balances science fiction and thriller, creating a story that keeps the reader in suspense until the very last page.
