Milenijum u Beogradu

Milenijum u Beogradu

Vladimir Pištalo

From Tito's funeral, which he watched on TV on his 18th birthday, to the moment when he read German expressionist poetry in a Belgrade basement during the NATO bombing.

The main character of the novel will go through a fateful journey of losing all the supports in life – friends, love, homeland... A generational story about a city and an individual who, despite all the events that befall it in turbulent decades of wars, chaos, changes and events in which he did not want to participate, remains upright and his own, a masterful mosaic in which an intimate, fragmentary story grows into a great novel about a history we did not build and a time we did not want.

Gospođa Bovary

Gustave Flaubert

Roman prati život Eme Bovari, mlade žene zarobljene u monotoniji provincijskog života i sopstvenim romantičnim iluzijama. Flober kritikuje romantične ideale i društveno licemerje, prikazujući tragične posledice Eminog bekstva od stvarnosti.
