Knjiga Vox Populi, koja se sastoji od preko 12.500 poslovica koje je mukotrpno sakupio Tomislav Radić, jedinstvena je zbirka mudrosti naroda i narodnosti iz celog sveta, od Adiga, Altaja, Amhara, Afaza, Burjata, Čuvaša do Kineza, Engleza, Francuza, Nemaca, Rusa i naravno Hrvata.

Poslovice su poređane azbučnim redom po temama: apetit, batine, bekstvo, bog, bogatstvo, bol, bolesnik... brak, život itd., uz dodatak nekih svrstanih u posebnu grupu: saveti, narodni humor, stotinu i jedna vredna i berači. U knjizi možete proveriti ko čiju jamu kopa, ko prede crnu vunu, ko se rano budi i da li su bolje latinske ili kineske poslovice, jer kako Česi kažu: Poslovica dolazi od razuma, a razum od poslovice.

Knjiga počinje mudrošću: „Ja ću svoju priču ispričati, ali hoće li svanuti nije moja stvar“, ističući individualnu odgovornost. Radić promoviše poslovice kao univerzalni jezik mudrosti, koristan za istraživanje folklora, književnost i svakodnevno razmišljanje.
