Zagor LU #311: Blondie se vraća

Blondie se vraća opens a new adventure featuring a familiar adversary from Zagor’s world. Her daring escape from a prison in the Appalachians is more than an attempt to avoid punishment: the road to freedom leads her back towards the past.

Blondie heads north to Scanlon Creek, seeking something whose significance remains to be discovered. Zagor and Chico are travelling towards the same destination, bringing their paths closer once again.

Antonio Zamberletti builds a crime western around the returning character’s uncertain motives. Suspense depends not merely on whether the fugitive will be caught, but on why she has chosen this particular town. The destination becomes a meeting point between present danger and events that continue to shape her actions.

Mauro Laurenti’s artwork emphasises Blondie’s determination, expressive characters and the movement of the adventure. Her return provides continuity with the series’ history, while the mystery of her intentions creates the possibility of a different relationship with Zagor.

This is the opening chapter of the trilogy spanning Ludens #311–313, continued in Banda nemilosrdnih and concluded in Isabelina prošlost.
