Skulptura Branka Ružića nastajala je po strani od avangardističkih zanosa i rasla kao nov sustav sabrane forme, koja se čuva velike geste. Kipar je poništavao opisnost vanjskog na račun gustoće unutarnjeg i tako dolazio do univerzalnog kiparskog jezika.
