The story of a blonde, mischievous and very imaginative girl Melita, prone to inventing and exaggerating, her family and happy experiences that multiply on the day when her mother leaves home due to her aunt's illness. Melita's brother Nenad and their dad are left alone at the "mercy and displeasure" of Melita, who is very proud of the new role she has taken on as a mother.
