This practical book contains recipes for cakes and various dishes.

Baklava: Ingredients:

500 g of baklava crust
500 g of ground walnuts
250 g of butter
500 g of sugar
500 ml of water Preparation:
Melt the butter.
Arrange the crusts in a tray, coat each one with butter and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
Repeat until you use up all the skins.
Bake the baklava in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Boil sugar and water to make syrup.
Pour the hot syrup over the baklava.
