The Balanced Scorecard consists of four parts: clarifying and translating vision into strategy; communicating and linking strategic goals and measures; planning, setting goals, and aligning strategic initiatives; and improving strategic feedback and learning. This book is rich in technical details, but the clear layout within it makes it much easier to read and understand the concepts.
