Hrvatska kuharica u zoni

Hrvatska kuharica u zoni

Vanja Grbac-Gredelj

The author is the first in Croatia to deal with nutrition based on the principles of the zone, which she adapted to the specifics of our eating habits.

A diet in which calories from carbohydrates, proteins and fat are represented in each meal in a ratio of 40%:30%:30% regulates insulin, keeps blood sugar stable and opens access to energy reserves in the fat cells of the human body. This cookbook suggests recipes that are made according to this principle of losing excess fat mass. The author is a pulmonologist, Zone Certified Instructor and associate of Dr. Barry Sears' Zone Research Institute.
